ManiPay provides credit card swipe, credit card bill payment, online money transfer, debit card loan and EMI assistance, EMI card payments, POS swipe facility, and gold-related services including jewel loans, loan takeover, gold sale, refinance and cash for gold. Availability of any service may depend on eligibility, partner approval and verification.
3. Eligibility and verification
You must be at least 18 years old and the rightful holder of any card or gold you bring to us. We may ask for valid photo ID and other documents, and we may decline any transaction that we cannot verify.
4. Fees and charges
Our service fees are disclosed to you before every transaction. The fee quoted is the fee you pay. Charges applied by your card issuer or bank — such as interest or other fees under your card agreement — are separate and are your responsibility.
5. Payments and refunds
Completed transactions generally cannot be reversed. If a transaction fails or is duplicated, contact us immediately with the details and we will work with the relevant bank or payment partner to resolve it.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use your own cards and property, and not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. Keep your card PIN, CVV and OTPs private at all times.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ManiPay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by banks, card networks, payment partners or events outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
